Our small business operates as a made-to-order shoppe and does not accept returns due to the nature of customization.

We will do our best to address any issues regarding the product if it does not arrive in good condition – please send us an email with your order number, tracking number, and a photo of the issue.

For customized products that have text, we will generally email a mock-up for approval. Products are then made as soon as possible from approval, and 1-2 weeks shipping time thereafter depending on how far away you are from California. At the current time, we cannot offer expedited processing or shipping since we do not keep inventory.

Lastly, we do our best to ensure you receive the product as closely depicted as possible on our website, but due to different types of viewing, which iOS or Android device, variation in natural materials, and/or general time of day, the colors may vary slightly. We titled our shirt colors to be the same as what can be found online – you may be able to obtain a sample or view it in person at a store near by you, if you need to match a specific color.
